DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDIO 35M2

The studio is composed of a room with a double bed, a shower-room, a separate WC, a kitchenette, a dining corner and a south facing balcony.

There is the possibility of sheet' s rental for 7 euros and towels for 5 euros per person. A washing machine is available (one machine per week is included in the price of your stay, 5 euros per extra machine). There is a swimming pool of 11m x 5m in the garden shared with the owners,. It is open to you every day from 9.00 - 13.30 and 15.30 to 18.30. On Saturdays the pool is closed for maintenance until 16.30 and accessible until 19.30 for new arrivals. Animals are not accepted.

Tarifs :

The prices are fixed per week (from Saturday to Saturday) for 2 people. For the second consecutive week we offer 5% discount. 25 € per extra person. There is the possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay for a supplement of 15 €. In low season, a supplement of 30 € per week is charged for the heating. A deposit of 25% is requested at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. In the case of a late reservation, the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of the reservation. A security deposit of 150 € will be required at the time of your arrival, refundable after an inventory of fixtures has been taken at the end of your stay.
